Professional heat treating

I've got a nice piece of O-1 waiting for stock removal. I've looked into getting it heat treated professionally and the most recommended place is texas-heat-treating but they only do air-quench steels, so I read. Who else is reliable?
 
I've known Doug Peters for over 15 years. He runs a good shop and likes the knife business.
