Bet that handle is comfy.
Also, great looking design/attention to detail on the heel of the blade.

Thats an oft overlooked detail on chefs knives- a sharp and pointy heel can get hung up on items and ruin your rhythm in the kitchen.

I don't have the machine to tell you exactly how much this one has! but I did a lot of testing before starting to work with this steel and I always managed to maintain between 58 and 60 Hrc!
