This is my first and only crk, so Im not a specialist here, are you asking for papers or a stamp on the blade of some kind?
What I can say is the knife is pristine.

Do you only have the knife? For the CRK products I have seen, the original box will have a birthcard in that details the model of the knife, the type of steel, and the date of birth. Do you have those contents? If not, you may want to add that to your original post because that will affect the value for some potential buyers.
