Profile and avatar pics?

Whats up fellas. I was wondering if i could get some help with posting avatar and profile pics. Im using photobucket and i know how to post pics to a thread but for some reason i cant get any pics to post to my avatar and profile. Please help.

First thing is make sure the pics you are trying to use are small enough. I had to crop and resize my avatar pic to less than a fourth of the original size. 120 X 120 pixels is pretty small.The profile picture is limited to 400 X 400, which is still pretty tiny in these times of 8 megapixel cell phone cameras. Once you have the picture edited down small enough, you upload it directly from your computer through the settings.
