Avatar comes with paid memberships from my understanding. Gold, Dealer, Platinum certainly
Perhaps someone can jump in here with more detail for you. I see no mention of the former Basic Membership here on the Paid Subscription info page and I am unable to say whether it is available or indeed if it includes avatar.
