Programming Auber Controller

Can anyone help me understand the poor instructions given with the Auber Controller, I have the multi step model.

I got a program written using a couple of steps but it was interuped with a alarm 2, I have tried all kinds of settings and cannot get the alarm off.

1. is there a clear button to clear all programs in memory
2. what setting should I have for the alarms, I dont understand the al+hy
3. how fast should I have it go to temp, 1500 in 10min 20 min 30 min

I called and he helped me set the units up over the phone. I really appreciated all his help.

I would give them a call.
It took me longer to figure out the instructions than it did to make the oven.
You have to figure out their brand of translated foreign tech speak to something you can understand.
Thats probably why i couldn't get my oven over 1350 drgrees when first testing.I was on ceclius. My home depot furnace cement was bubling.
Passed the test though and have used it several times since. I'll, be watching this thread.
