I just got my Project 1 and have two questions:

1. I've read that the P-1 has a night index so you can tell by the cross-guard which side is blade down. Mine doesn't have any distinguishing marks. Could this have been left off or is this omitted now?

2. The sheath has paracord hanging off from the top and the bottom. Are there specific uses intended for this or is it just to have a place to carry spare paracord?

Look at the flats machined into the sides of the knife at the guard. On the left side (edge down) the flat is longer where your thumb would rest in a normal right hand hold. That's how you can tell that the edge is down without looking at the blade.

I think someone got a REALLY good deal on paracord a long time ago and needed to do something with it. Besides, Bridgitt needs something to keep her busy when she isn't answering the phone.

Hi Guys....

Do you have a picture of the back side of the rig? Do you have a sheath for the Mark VI? What isthe cost?
