For sale is this terrific titanium pen from Prometheus Designs that I've mainly kept in the house and used sparingly, although it's built tough and certainly up to the challenge for EDC duties. The design is unique, but not "fussy" or at the expense of function. Fit & finish are all first-rate, and the balance in hand is terrific with the cap posted. The little details that make a difference are here, like precision threading that just locks in lightly....hard to describe, but I loves me some precision threading!

It comes with a box of 3 Pelikan Edelstein ink cartridges ('tanzanite' = blue/black), with one full cartridge loaded in the pen, as well as the Montblanc titanium grip that takes the Montblanc rollerball refill. It also has the original hex wrench and the cardboard cylindrical sleeve. Condition of the pen is excellent.....please see pictures. New, the entire package costs over $300.

Here is the Prometheus Designs page for pen details.

Asking $200 shipped within CONUS. Payment via PayPal G&S with shipping USPS first class with tracking.

I'm not looking for trades at this time.

Although I didn’t sell or withdraw the Prometheus Designs Alpha pen, I’m not as much as motivated to sell as I was previously. Actually, I’ve recently rediscovered the pleasure of using the fountain pen nib on this excellent pen, both at work and at home. Obviously, a fountain pen isn’t super practical, but is absolutely a joy to write with.

That all said, I could use the $ from sale of the PD Alpha Bamboo pen, and I have my Machine Era Classic pen for general everyday use. If I was to sell, though, I have to stay firm on my asking price to part with the Alpha Bamboo fountain/rollerball pen.

Cheers,
Chris

Damn I been itching for this pen, I’ve never used a fountain pen but I’ve been eyeing a Prometheus alpha roller pen. the fountain pen addition would be a cool add on to try out and have in case I wanted to use it at any point. If it’s still available in a couple weeks, I’ll likely get it. I got a hefty vet bill on Monday I have to work out. Thank you for your response
