Will must be away on business, working on this very project!!! I was sitting home tonight, fondling my Mini-Talon as always....... When this came through my fax machine. Rob must have dialed my number by mistake, instead of Wills.

This is a groundbreaking design!!!! Sheeple friendly, yet devistating to just about any kind of food.

Buzz, An interesting piece at a even more interesting price!!

All kidding aside this design does have a bit of merit for emergency
kits carried buy campers and forresters. Now if they would make a
left hand version...............

Ahh crap Buzz, you let the cat out of the bag! :D Now I got to go make one for the blade show! :p :p Great rendering of a super secret design! Anyone want one for $896? :D

Rob,

The Spoon Show, sponsored by Spoon magazine and Gerber Baby Foods, is in December -- might be the best place to unveil your new offering!

Buzz, YOU ROCK DUDE!!!! :D That is waaaaay too funny!!! I didn't think you were serious ;) Thanks for the laugh!

Hey, I am going to print this sucker out and make one for the Blade Show, and put an $896 pricetag on it! :D Ill probably have $10,000 in labor making it! :D :D

Brian, stay of the internet! :p

So Buzz, how long overall is this thing supposed to be?

You're asking me? You faxed it to me in the first place, remember? ;)

Well, my best guess would be about 5 1/2 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide. It appears that my rendering might have been slightly out of proportion though, as the ricasso/bottle opener might have been a hair too small at that size. So I beefed up the opener a bit, and all looks good. I took the opener measurements from the opener on my SAK, and got the rest from a tea spoon in the kitchen. The overall size is pretty small. It could easily be a "neck spork". :D

Print it out? Hell Rob...just make you a prototype to set on your table at Blade!!! Doesn't have to be Talonite....it's a concept Spork, remember? :D

Buzz - how about a Super Spork (Mega Spork)? You know, for those with the big mouths :p LMAO

ROFL!!

Reminds me of an idea i had awhile back, to paradoy those "Spetnatz Combat Shovels" ya see advertised... thought about making a "Combat Spork"...

I think I'll leave the dangerous spork making up tot he professionals tho.

LOL!!! A concept spork!!!!

A Mega-Spork for Chunky Soup? Would that be a sheath spork, or would we have to consult with Mr. Ralph on making it a tactical folding spork?

My wife just saw the picture, and had an important comment. We can't sharpen the edge of the spork, or somebody might accidentally cut there tongue off. We wouldn't want any law suits here. Remember that Talonite eats through flesh like a tiger!!!!

The big question is the handle. Should it be a tough G-10 spork, a sambar stag spork, or a skeletonized spork?

Hmmmm.... A thought. Seeing as the spoon portion is concave, could it actually be stock removed from Talonite? Or would it have to a hand-forged spork? Maybe the spork could replace that whole Bowie thing of the mastersmiths. ;)

Buzz - If DDR had his way, he'll be making a Folding Server Spork, available only to those employed in the food service industry :D

I'll raise you one....DA hidden release Spork!! :D Of course, Camillus will never make an auto, so this version will only be available from DDR ;)

If not talonite for the knife edge, then titanium for overall lite weight. Also, if made just a bit longer, then the bottle opener could be used to lift pot tops and such off the campfire. I definitely needs G-10 or micarta for comfort.

Guys, I know this is a joke but quite frankly, if you marketed this to the camping outdoors group like myself, you'd have a definite winner!
