Definitely not between your toes! Tried that and it sucked.I kind of use a pinch grip with my index finger wrapped underneath, but I have large hands.
Not to hijack the thread (though this is related to it) - - what do you think of the handle size on the Needs Work ? I usually wear gloves sized XL and prefer longer handles or a finger choil so I can get more hand around the knife. Is the handle on the Needs Work o.k. for larger hands ? (I do like Wharncliffe style blades so this got my attention as a possible first Kershaw.) Thanks, - - -
