The way my wife cooks rabbit nobody knows it not chicken

Mmm mmm.

My favorite way to cook rabbit is to cut it up into pretty big chunks, pan fry it in Pride of the West batter, make some rice, then put the rabbit over the rice and add Cream of Mushroom soup on top. It is delectable.
