Just wanted to give a shout out to Kendall from Cecil Clark Knife Company! I had a problem when I took the handles off my new OKC RAT-3. I couldn't thread the screws back together because the loctite they put on the screws was blocking the threads....it's wierd because I usually dont have that problem. I figured I would take it in and see if Kendall could help me get them back together. Not only did he work with it for about 15 minutes but, the store was closing and he had several customers, so he just exchanged my blade for a new one out of stock. Talk about great customer surface! Kendall does a great job!
