This doesn't match many of the desired criteria, it isn't carbon steel, it has a metal raised tang for example which will readily freeze to the hand, the blade has low ductility and will snap before signficant deformation, etc. .
I'd contact Justin of Ranger knives and ask him to take an RD series blade, put a sharpened false edge, taper the tang and fully enclose the handle, drop the thickness down to 3/16" unless you want really heavy prying ability.
