Blade: A classic Spear Point profile is saber ground for a solid balance of cutting performance and durability. Finished with a rugged, tumbled stone wash, the blade hides wear well for a good-looking, hard use blade. American Made 154CM stainless steel offers a good balance of performance and ease of sharpening while the jimped thumb ramp pairs with the forward finger choil for optimal control for fine or heavy work. The blade deploys in a flash with a simple press of the red G10 inlaid button located just below the pivot screw with an added slide safety right behind. To close, simply press in the button again and fold the blade back into the handle.
Handle: 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum offers a superior strength to weight ratio and is hard anodized black for a discreet, matte finish that also enhances traction in the hand. A slim, straight profile is comfortable for both carry and use with milled grooves delivering added traction. Added jimping on the partially closed back enhances traction and leads to the inline hole provided for lanyard attachment.
Carries via a black DLC Coated, right hand, tip-up, deep carry stainless steel pocket clip.
154CM: Crucible 154CM is an improved version of 440C with added molybdenum offering improved corrosion resistance and edge retention, as well as a higher level wear resistance.
