You should email Pro-tech...Their customer service is excellent and should be able to help you out.

I recently sent a TR-3 back to ProTech for a broken spring, and it came back snappier than ever. There's a warranty form on their website to fill out and send in with your knife, and their turnaround is pretty quick. You could also email them and see if they'll send you a spring so you can replace it yourself if you're up for it.
