If I figured everything out right this should be my 100th post and I wanted it to be something positive. I had a minor problem with my Protech since I am a klutz I called the office and explained my problem. I was told that if I called before hand I could bring the knife down any time I wanted. Since I live about 30 min from the factory I made arrangements to go there the next day.

While I was there I mentioned that I was going to send my Microtech to florida to get a good sharpening instead of my sometimes haphazard ones. I was told to leave my MT there and they would sharpen it for me. As I was about to leave I made an impulse buy of a TR1 and I asked if they would serrate (sp?) the blade for me, not partially but the whole blade. I was told sure but that it would probably look funny. Since the knife will have a specific use and serrations will enhance its use, I didn't care. I love the way the whole transaction was handled and can't say enough good things for Protech and their Customer service!! They just plain ROCK and I guarantee that they willl get more of my business.
 
Can’t say enough good things about David the boys at Protech. They always take good care of me when I’m in town, and their customer service is down right neighborly. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that they make a fun line of blades!
