Yep, well, I've already experienced that lately as you already know, but this is the first one with my name and family crest on it lol, and I had to wait a LOT longer to see it.

I think they stayed true to the design, and I think it will function in the ways I intended for it to. I can't wait to get one I can really try out...see what I did right and what I did wrong.

Reminds me a little of the Kershaw Outcast, in a good way. Nice job!
 
You know how I felt about the recurve from the chat last knife, however, it is AWESOME that you got a knife proto'd.

Also, I must add.. the in the hand pic makes the recurve look MUCH better than I thought just looking at the blade. Sweet design :thumbup:
 
Thanks T.G. I know you're not a recurve fan, not everyone is. But on this particular design I wrote down a list of things I wanted the knife to do efficiently and then built the knife from that list. And... a couple of those things led to the recurve in the blade.
 
Man it's so cool to see a knife in a store and say "Hey, I've talked to that guy online.":D Cool design as well.
 
Hi mistwalker, Yea to design and then get your knife and then try it so cool to do. then that is when you say to yourself BUT LOL if I had just done this or that I think it would suite me better. So if that happens and you want to change anything that is the yucky part because it seems to take so long to get the changes made and then another one made up.
It will be neat to see what you think when you get to really test it out and all.

Bryan...I hope there isn't too much I don't like about it....at this point I won't get to make any changes. They've already played with the design to check it out, and apparently have stuck with it. Morgan wrote me a while back and said that it was beautiful but I'm just now getting to see it. I had been on pins and needles for months lol.
 
When is the anticipated release?

I'm thinking that I've got to have one.

Very nice looking design, and I am a recurve fan, so you're hitting on all cylinders.

Wow! Mist, that is so cool. I've never been a big fan of recurved blades, but I like that one. Any idea of what the price point will be when it comes out?
