Yup, just have a hick up jn my giddy up. Tight muscles, going to PT and chiropractor. Going ok, and rediscovering some of my Jks.
Docs told me not to lift after breaking my back twice. Pt amd mobility made the pain where it was hard to walk. Would lay on the floor of my office alot. 2 moths ago i said screw it and started pumping iron again. I feel alot better and less pain. I'm not lifting anything crazy these days though.

Mine is just mobility, but I was told the quads are not as strong since not really exercised, so the T bands get tight.
