As I'm sure that those of you who know KodiakPA, Greg Mete, already know of his integrity, honesty, and generosity. Just take a look at the book contest he just had in the General forum.
He recently made a walking stick for my wife that took him and his son over a month to make and wouldn't accept any cash for it! Not only is he generous but talented as well. This thing is beautiful! Made from Alaskan birchwood, hand carving, designs burned in,inlay of a wolf in the top of the handle, thong, and the finish is topnotch! These pictures don't really do it justice, but it's way too big for my scanner.

Greg, what can I say except thanks and I consider it an honor to call you my friend!

Dave

I would consider Greg a friend and have had nothing but good dealing with him.
If anybody ever get a chance to deal with him do not hesitate. I will tell you Greg
is a very honest person. If there ever any doubt you can call me.

Roger

...or me. Greg's one of the first guys I'd met online who took time out to answer my questions via email. I too consider him a friend; honesty, integrity, and good will barely begin to describe Greg.

PS-nice walking staff, Dave!! Love the wolf.

Greg, Greg, Greg....you've out done yourself sir, I know you were working on that staff but didn't know you were doing some carving as well, very nice with the wolf there! I'll bet you were sad to see that piece leave your house!

G2, long time Kodiak PA fan...and friend

What can I say, I agree with everyone above.

The first knife was probably used to cut stuff.

I too feel very fortunate to have "met" Greg over the net.
