original owner, comes with games pictured. bought new 1 year ago. Works just fine and dandy. Comes with turtle beach stealth 400 headset ($80 value) and controller, controller does have a bit of wonkyness in the L3 button which is common for these. also has fallout 4 on the HDD but i dont know if when i delete my accounts that will stay on there....
