PSA Complete Lower minus Stock / Will add Magpul ACS if Wanted

Hello All,

I have for sale two complete Palmetto State Armory lowers. All you need to do is add a mil-spec stock of your choice. Has a Palmetto Lower Parts kit installed. One lower was mounted on an upper but never fired. (unfired lower is SPF) The other was mounted and fired 30 rounds to function test (sold). Will ship directly from me to your FFL. Make sure your FFL accepts transfers from individuals. I will provide a copy of my ID. Only asking WITHDRAWN. I can add a LNIB Magpul ACS (black) stock for $90. Unfired lower is SPF. I have one more identical lower to this one that I mounted to an upper and fired 1 magazine (30 rounds) through to function test it. Email me if you are interested.

Buyer of the unfired Lower backed out after mailing the check because PSA put their complete lowers on sale and can get one for the same price with a stock. That being said, I will not be re-listing it for sale.
