I recently joined this forum, having first lurked reading lots of interesting discussions etc. Within a day or so of joining I noticed Phil (pseep) was selling some sharpening gear, which had interested me in some of the posts I'd read, at a price which was FAR more sensible than I could get them at in this country (UK).
He was a true pleasure to deal with in every way; especially as a couple of factors involved in the sale meant a bit of extra work for him. He kept in touch at every stage of the sale, was comunicative and helpful, and left me with the sense that I was dealing with someone who genuinely cares about making things go smoothly.
I was particularly impressed with this as I am so new to the forum, and so may have been viewed with a certain amount of suspicion by some (quite reasonably really considering some of the people out there).
So thanks Phil; for the product and the genuinely good experience.
