gun blued 1095 steel, triple tempered,1/8" thick, with a 4 1/4" blade,
9 1/8" overall, about 12' of military 550 cord wrapped in the handle. the cord is not glued down so it could be pulled off in an emergency. The tang is drilled out for lightness and to facilitate lashing to a pole if you want.
The sheath is .093 kydex with a spring clip for quick attaching to your belt or bag, however if your bushwhacking you may want to use a lanyard to secure it. sold

I just got its brother in the mail today, same as that one but in tan instead. It's an awsome knife, well worth the cost, especially when you consider that $12 of the cost is the priority shipping, its a steal. I wish I had the cash to buy this one too, but if you're on the fence about this go for it. It's a great knife, built to be used.

Day late and a dollar (or two) short....story of my life...

Great looking knife at a price point even us po' folk can afford.

Mike, you need to make more of these...

+1 on making more of these, and I would love a smaller EDC sized version too with a neck/pocket sheath. I would also like to have the option to have the blade un-blued. At this price point I think you could move these pretty well if you wanted to go that way.

I hear you loud and clear:thumbup: I like the idea for a smaller EDC version.
More coming.:D
