Well I'm still building my survival kits and am now looking for a well -made small folder to fit in an altoids type tin. Prefer a knife with orange handle. I've looked at the Spyderco Ladybug, any thoughts on others?

A small SAK could be good as well because you could have a can opener etc. as well.

i've got a benchmade benchmite in my psk altoids tin - it's flat, small and fits nicely, plus it's not too expensive

excellent blade in a small and lightweight package: Ladybug III (FRN, VG-10)

but if the blade quality is not the top priority, a SAK is great too. (though bigger/heavier)

You can also look for a SwissBanico 84mm Lamberjack. You can probably get one from Scibeer, or Tim at Felinevet. Great knife, built on Victorinox parts, gives you the woodsaw as well as the mainblade. And the Kershaw LST 2.0 is a wonderful lockblade for it's size, my has served me well. Neither has Orange scales....

Other then that, all the above mentioned blades are good choices.
