Good eye, it's based on the kiridashi, I just put a curve in the blade.

The OAL is 6", the wood is 3.875", and including the finger notch the blade is 2.125". With your index finger in the notch it's either a two or three finger grip on the wood, depending on the size of your hand.

I made it with "handy" in mind.
