In the future you can run the photos through an image resizer and make them small enough to upload. Also, posting your phone number on an open forum isn't a great idea, for security reasons.

Easy way is on a mobile device. There are a myriad free photo resizers. You can also lower the image quality on your camera before snapping the photo.
