Puppy Mill

I'll take your word and I'll avoid the link, I've been accused of caring more about critters than humans.

Thanks for what you do !

That is soooo bad... :(

They need to put the owners in jail forever IMO.

Jimmyjones, I have been accused of that also..........and..........what's their point???

good job man,,,i own a pug and that video broke my heart.....
the $!$%*$^ people who do that should be shot.

Animals are more predictable and nicer to deal with than many humans. A simple shopping trip to the local Walmart proves this.

Sorry I saw this.

I should explain. The mistreatment of the helpless makes my blood boil. And there's nothing I can do about that over the Internet.

Now I'll have to sign off and distract myself for a few hours, so I can regain a little equanimity.

Lord, I hate sadists.

Fantastic work Sir!

I'm with OP and iamtoast, I dumped the article as soon as I clicked the link.

Great work on busting those scumbags, Just remember that alot of the little pet shops use these "puppy mills" and should be avoided or at least checked into. We dont want to contribute anything to these awfull places. Buy from local breeders were you can see for yourself the parents and how they are cared for.

I am not a member of any animal activist groups or anything but I do not like to see any animals suffer. Thanks for all you do U812, must be hard but rewarding sometimes.

I like my job,the people are the hard ones to deal with.A big mean pit you can just catch pole and put in the truck, the sweet little puppy I can pick up and take to the shelter and hope it will be adopted. The people are much harder to deal with as you can't do any of that.
I do believe that this person really does not realize just how bad the conditions were, some horders and breeders have things build up over time and do no see how bad things get.Hope we can get the rest and have the judge to rule for her not to own any more.
Puppy mills are one thing I can see no reason for at all.If you do want a pure breed at least check with breed specific rescues (most are full right now) or with shelters. We have had many in past few weeks including a English bulldog and two Yorkies, one of them being a crate trained 12 week old. We have to put down hundreds of great dogs every year that those who buy from pets stores and flea markets(most puppy mill dogs here are sold at flea markets)could adopt. My God,right now we have even got 25.00 adoption that comes with free spay or neuter and a rabies shot.Where are you going to beat that?

I admire you, U812. Thanks for the work you do.

I love my dogs. They're my first children. Matter of fact, they're in bed with Wifey right now. After I type this I'll go join them.

Some people really make me question humanity.

That's terrible, thanks for helping those dogs... We have 2 right now, both of them rescue dogs. One of them I am certain came from puppy mill, the other is very likely to have also. It's just not right

Good for you. That is a terrible thing to see but only the hard work of people like you will bring that into the public eye and hopefully eradicate it.

I used to volunteer at my local animal shelter for years and was friends with some of the people on the rescue teams. I could never handle their job, I would be in jail within days for assault or worse after seeing how some so called "people" treated their animals.

Great job there Jeff. Thanks on behalf of all the critters you help. It's too bad the law doesn't allow those subhumans to be caged also. Most just get fined & slaped on the wrist.......btw you make great lanyards, every one here should get one from you.
