Hey guys, just a few questions. I ordered yesterday for second day air, and I'm kind of confused on what that means. Should it be here today, tomorrow, or maybe next week? Also, I opted for engraving on one of the knives I ordered, so how long should that add to the shipping time?
 
I know its not the answer you are looking for, but I would call their 800 number. They will be able to answer you the most accurately.
 
Don't worry I would recommend them Roger is a good dude and it depends where u live but it should be 2 days thats business days
 
If it went out yesterday then two days from then, which would be Saturday. But if you did not specify Saturday Delivery, and pay for it, then it would arrive Monday. Depending on how many pieces are ahead of you, I would think at least 1 or 2 days, which would now make it Tuesday, Wednesday, or maybe Thursday.

I would give them a call. I just ordered from there an talking to the guy there (roger?) gave ma a lot of confidence prior to ordering. It is also nice to know someone will answer when you call if you do have issues.

First of all, "Feedback" is the place to discuss your experiences and issues with a vendor...not the "General Knife Discussion Forum". So, the thread has been moved.

Second, there is a difference between discussing your satisfaction (or lack thereof) with a vendor and contacting folks to say..."hey look, abc.com has the new XYZ knife on sale!!!"

Further, the discussion forums are not the place for debating about forum policies. That goes in "Service & Support". The rules aren't that complicated if you read them and make an effort to follow them.
