Well just would like to post my displeasure with there service. A part broke on my band saw(Metal cutting) so I contacted Delta after lighting a fire under them to get the replacement part for my saw too me they got it in at the service center and sent it out one day delivery with Purolator.The depot for purolator is in town 45min away. Get this the driver hows up at my place Friday I am at a doctors appointment when he show he leaves a notice that the package will be dropped off On Monday at 12pm at the way station pickup in my town. So this means the one day delivery package that Delta paid for will be driven 45 mins back to unloaded off the truck then on Monday today loaded back up on the truck and then the driver will deliver it by 12 noon to the station for me too pick up. Instead of taking all th one day delivery packages and leaving them at the way station before the truck leaves town on Friday my one day delivery turns into 3.
To make matters worse I go to the way station today at 2:50pm and todays truck hasn't shown up yet the women at the way station says she doesn't know whats wrong he always shows at 12noon. I call the company to complain they call her and she tells them that the truck is due in in a half hour as usual. The service person gets back on the phone an tells me I must be mistaken the truck is going to be there in a half hour and asks me "am I reading the card right ?. SO I tell the service person the women at the station is wrong she told me he always comes at noon and no "I AM NOT READING THE CARD WRONG IT SAYS NOON" so were is my package?
