Hello all!
I often hear “if you could only have one in the kitchen…” and ALL makers will tell you each knife has a purpose ! That being said , it would be hard to go against the style and size of this little beauty as your go to
AEBL stainless steel, hardened to Rc60+, flat ground high and thin. Final bevel at 15 deg/side. She is sharp and ready to roll at your next dinner gathering ! Cutting edge a bit over 5” and about 10” overall length (please see scale in pic). Metallic mica pigmented urethane scales are as stable and food safe as they are beautiful. Solid stainless pins and g10 liners round out this gem.
