The orange has really grown on me. The first orange-handled knife I ever saw was a RD7, and I thought it was a little strange. Now, I've got someone making me an orange-handled knife as we speak. I wonder is SpearZ can guess who it is?
What a great little knife! This one is going into my hiking pack permanently.
Very ergonomic grip with some nice-looking and very functional thumb ridges. In addition, the orange G-10 has a good grippiness that provides even more confidence in hanging onto the knife. The steel is good stuff as well. I gave it a couple of passes on the Sharpmaker, and the 154CM took a hair popping edge.
While intended as a smallish EDC, this knife could easily be put to task with field dressing and/or skinning duties. There's a whole lotta knife in a small package here.
