Puttin' a product idea out there.

I'd enjoy seeing the "LW" treatment in FRN/FRCP applied to just about any knife in the line-up! :)

I've never had much desire for the Manix 2XL, but one in LW may have me take another look.

Of course, a lot of people dislike the LWs for various reasons but I, like you Speed, have appreciated the 'Lightweight formula'...lots of Pros IMO.
 
To be completely honest, I don't get the appeal of a lightweight. I wear jeans all day everyday, and I suppose that's a part of it. I don't have to worry about my pants falling down.

But anyways, I just don't get it. As long as the knife isn't a pound, I'm fine with it.
