For your consideration a knife, made especially for cutting. Blade steel is stainless 12C27, chemically closer to AEB-L . The blade finish is longitudinal satin. The handle has an incredibly beautiful stabilized alder burl. This knife has a colored cow leather sheath with wooden inlay.

Cutting edge: 120 mm(4.72”)
Thickness: 3,8 mm(0.15”)
