Hello guys , I would like to offer you my latest knife. It's a tommi puukko with 80CrV2 carbon steel and birch bark handle. The tang is peened to the end cap. This time I added two pieces of stabilized burl on each end of the handle. The birch bark part has a nice and warm feel and very good traction with the hand even when it's wet. . The knife fits tightly in the sheath.
Steel - 80CrV2 60-61 HRC.
OAL - 242 mm (~9.5").
Blade - 120Х24.5Х5mm (~4.7x1x0.2") rhombic grind.
Blade finish - p 800.
Handle - Stabilized alder burl , birch bark, fiber and brass.
Leather sheath with wooden inlay.
