4-3/8" 1084 blade with quench finish, high flat saber grind to about 0.005" before the edge. Hot beeswax-impregnated stacked leather handle with threaded and staked tang/pommel.

Very nice! The stacked handle really looks great. Please don’t take offense, but a knife that great looking needs a leather sheath.

I knew someone would say that. ;)

I truly hate doing leather (used to do holsters), and since I don't know how long this will sit before it's sold, I'd just as soon it not risk rusting in leather and I won't have to tack another ~$60 onto the price when it does on the show table. But we'll see. Maybe it will happen. In that case, the existing sheath would get cut down to be a liner and the whole thing would get wrapped in leather.
