What type of steel is this & what are the dimensions - blade length, width, & thickness? Thank you.

Steel: 80CrV2
OAL: 7 3/8”
Blade length: 3 3/8”
Blade width: slightly over 3/4”
Blade thickness:The spine is slightly over 1/8”, but actual stock thickness is more. It’s hard to measure bc of the rhomboid shape of the blade and I don’t have calipers.
