Here's a Puukko that was forged from a file. Blade is 4 3/16". Handle is 4 5/8" with curly maple and brass hardware. Comes with a pouch sheath.

I haven't made the sheath yet. I was waiting on a buyer for right/left preference. I was planning to make a pouch sheath instead of a traditional puukko.
 
It is an old Nicholas file that I forged. I heat treated it like I would 1095 and it performs very well.
