Well that didn't last long! Those are some fine little knives your making there and quite elegant also. Congrats,

I've been wanting a puukko for a while and I like your work a lot. Do you do custom work? If so I may keep my eyes peeled for a block I like.

Beatuful job as always. I really enjoy lookin at your puukko(s)! As a matter of fact, these threads have intrigued me into starting a rhombic puukko build of my own ;) . It's been years since I've made any sort of scandi ground blade, but this style is so elegant. However I'm a bit cofused on the order of bevel grinding. Hope you don't mind me asking here, but do you grind the spine side bevel first and then the edge, or the other way around? And do you stop the spine side grind before you reach the tip?

I'm mainly confused how the spine side bevel terminates about a half inch from the tip. Do you know of any good places online discussing this subject, cause I've searched all over with no luck, and I still can't seem to even find a spine shot of a rhombic ground puukko to see the geometry at that transition. I keep thinking that when I grind it, the ridge line from the two bevels will meet in the center of the tip (sorta like a dagger does) as opposed to ending before it about a half inch, give or take.

I apologize for asking you in one of your sale threads, but I see you got the rhombic puukko down in spades, so I just gotta ask! :D

Again, great job on these! :)

I grind edge first . Is actually very simple but all grinds must be perfectly symmetrical. Don't be afraid to try, when you try you will se how simple that is...:)

Danijel,
The knife arrived yesterday. The pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful and feels great in hand. Thank you.
