If I'm not a KnifeMaker, I can post knives here right? hmm...

Anyways, here's a puukko I made for a friend. Stacked homemade paper micarta handle (that's a mouthful!)

that is a pretty interesting little knife. I like the stacked handle. it opens a whole lot of possibilities as far as color goes. I also love the homemade press. have you used that for damascus or san mai yet?

Actually I bought that, it's a guillotine fuller. I got it from... basically a retiring knifemaker's garage sale. Got a lot of cool stuff :D

I haven't, but I think I would use a hammer as it only has the fuller bits. (bits? dies?)
 
If you made that knife then you ARE a knife maker. It looks really nice. What other knives have you made?

I agree.... you are a knife maker. Excellent video and great job on the knife. Get yur damn thumb off the top of your hammer, though! lol.:thumbup:
 
Man that's awesome. I'm looking into building a forge. I think I saw you post this on bushcraftusa as well, hard to forget that handle. That is a great looking knife and you should be very proud.

Firstly, nice job. That looks badass :thumbup: Kudos to you.

Do you sell custom handles, or have you ever before? Would you make a handle set, if-so, about how much for it? Are you able to make the stacked (Usually made from leather) handle washers of a USMC Kabar out of variegating colors of micarta like that, but leave room for the metal spacers that seperate the single spacers? And make them Blue,Purple, and pink?? I'm talking about a full-size USMC kabar.
