Hi guys and girls!
Two more puukkos available:
no1 - 52100 hand rubbed blade has 3.42" cutting edge , thickness 0.137"
and width 0.78" at ricasso.
Handle - 3.97"
Tang is peened over the rear bolster,
handle is stabilized cherry burl,brass and black vulkanfiber.
Sheath is 0.11" leather, impregnated with beeswax.

no2 - 52100 machine finished blade has 3.30" cutting edge , thickness 0.137"
and width 0.86" .
Handle - 4.29"
Tang is peened over the rear bolster,
handle is black locust burl,birch bark, brass and black vulkanfiber.
Sheath is 0.11" leather, impregnated with beeswax.

I agree you with Thom, obviously. I was very happy to see that #2 was the one that did NOT get snagged first. I have another Malanika puukko in birch bark and I tell you, it rivals some of the best I've seen from Finland.

#2 is Okay but #1 is obviously the better choice. A very wise and handsome man must have purchased that one:)
