Good PVK Vegas- Extremely Impressed

I ordered a knife from PVK Vegas on Thursday evening around 7 pm eastern time. Friday morning got a text around 8 AM from FedEx saying I had a delivery scheduled that day and would need to be home to sign for it. 10:30 AM FedEx shows up with my knife. A total of 15 1/2 hours from order in Las Vegas to delivery in Michigan. That's record speed.

The staff at PVK took 3 of my phone calls immediately, were patient polite and very helpful and the knife was exactly what I ordered. It didn't hurt either that they were the only place that had a difficult knife to find in stock.

A very rewarding experience after an exhaustive search for the knife.

I ordered from them the other day, they accidentally sent the wrong knife. When I told them of this that same day they sent the correct one with a shipping label to return the wrong one. Most companies would make you return the wrong one first. Not them. Excellent service.
