I've been seeing some mixed reviews on here about this company. I placed my order 4 days ago and sent an e-mail with a question about my order to their customer service the same day. Four days later I still haven't gotten a response. My package arrived this morning, relatively quickly within 4 days of ordering. I had ordered a Frank B Stiletto, but the knife I recieved was neither the right size, or had the right scale of the knife I had ordered. In fact the one I was sent was of significantly lesser value than my initial order. I e-mailed the company again this morning after I recieved my package and attempted to contact them via phone with no luck, it's about 11:30pm now, still no response from them. Anyone have any advice on how to deal with these guys? It's not an awful situation because I did still receive a nice Frank B knife, but I would like to get ahold of the knife that I had ordered initially. Am I likely to hear from them any time soon?

Red flag number one for me would be the fact that I can't even find an address for the "business". Does your package have a return address on it?

I've purchased half a dozen blades from them. Very slow to communicate and not always very helpful.
But if you keep on them, they'll take care of you.

What was price difference between what you received and what you paid? what was method of payment? If you paid via debit card. I would email them and either demand a reimbursement for the cost difference, and if they will not respond whatsoever, a chargeback is an option.

It is a about a $15 price difference between the knife I paid for and the knife I recieved, and I did pay with a debit card. But I would rather just return the knife I recieved and get the one I wanted originally opposed to asking for reimbursement for the difference or a chargeback. The problem there is I don't even know what their return policy is, their return policy says "Contact Customer Service" on the website, but I can't even get ahold of them to find out about it. But I'll keep on it like Seth Green said, hopefully these are good guys and maybe their just a little overwhelmed at the moment.

ive bought a few knives from them over the years, no issues. never had to communicate though. i expect if you keep at them nicely you'll get taken care of.......hopefully.

Call this number. 702-704-4069

I think it's the owner's cell. I had a similar thing happen to me. I was sent the wrong knife. They paid the return shipping and issued a refund no problem because the knife I originally wanted was not in stock. They also offered me an additional discount if I wanted to keep the incorrect item instead. I'd say that's good service.

I have bought several things from josh.with a couple hiccups.he has always made it right with me..communication helps to avoid issues.some people just don't get it

Update: Had to change the title of the post. Josh got back in touch with me, I ended up keeping the knife he sent me by mistake and he reimbursed me for more than the difference between the two. Communication was a little slow, but he made it right, overall good seller.

Kudos on changing the title! Most guys start these threads, get squared away and never return.
Glad things worked out!
Joe

Same here. My deals have always been smooth, and never needed to contact him.
