I just wanted to pass along the very fine experiences I’ve recently had with PVKVegas.com.
1. I found an Italian switchblade in their inventory I had been looking for. The other big 3 internet based dealers I have dealt with either didn’t have one or the price was much more. ( Its not a rare knife, just one I wanted ). They listed it as 1 available in stock. I ordered it. I very soon received emails updating me on my order and it was in my mailbox via Priority Mail in 3 days flat. Perfect just as I wanted it.
2. A few days later ( yesterday to be exact) I Found another Italian knife I’d been thinking about and they listed it as available - one in stock. Two other dealers were out of stock, again it is a rather common maker and model. I ordered it and within an hour I had a tracking number and shipment date. But wait, it gets better. In my haste to buy this blade I somehow overlooked one of the other big 3 dealers I know, and much to my surprise it was available and $19 cheaper! Damn! I contacted PVK and told them I found it cheaper and that I was disappointed, in myself really for not doing my homework. PVK really didn’t owe my dumb ass anything—-but they generously gave me a $20 credit toward my next purchase. This kind of customer service is what keeps customers coming back all else being equal. In my experience so far with PVK they have been as good as it gets and have earned my future business and good will. I can highly recommend them.
