Pvknife and knifezilla

Ok so I recently ordered 2 items from PVK and Knifezilla (Josh Burbank). I then found out that he has a terrible habit of not answering the "VIP Service" phone and his emails. I had tried to call him many times to try to ask if my items were shipped out and if he had sent me the correct items but he never replies even on text. What should I do??? I know many people say that he is slow but is there any other possible way of getting in contact with him? Like maybe another phone number or a personal email or something?? Cuz I find this freakin ridiculous that I called him 20 times in one day but he still does not pick up. Except there was this one time her picked up and pretended that he wasn't there and just hung up on me. I would really like Josh himself to come read this message because he really should hire some people to answer his god damn phone for once. It is unacceptable for this type of service.
 
How did you pay?

If it's by credit card or PayPal, cancel your order. See how quickly he responds to that.

Also, a word of advice. Don't bombard anyone with 20 calls a day, they tend to ignore you if you exhibit that kind of obsessive personality.
 
I payed by credit card... He usually picks up after a few calls... but seriously have any of you got any problems like this form him? How do you manage to run 3 sites and not have anyone to help pick up your phone...
 
I had a problem with another vendor a while back. Not PVK, but they kept telling me myorder would be shipped "tomorrow", after about 30 emails back and forth, and being completely furious, I called my credit card company, forwarded them the string of emails and my bank told me," we'd gladly help you" they fgave me my money that day and slammed the seller with a chargeback.

If you do a search in FEEDBACK you'll see that quite a few folks have had that problem with Josh.
Communications are definitely not his strong suit, but in most cases he seems to get what is ordered to the buyer. Don't recall seeing comments from anyone that they felt they got ripped off, just annoyed. :D

Had a minor problem with my last order from him (which was some time ago), sent an email on a Saturday, he wrote back the next morning (Sunday) and immediately corrected the problem.

Last I heard he was pretty much running a one-man operation, which could explain some of the problems getting in contact with him.

He carries a lot of stuff that can be fairly hard to find and his prices are decent, so you kinda have to take the good with the bad if you want to deal with him.
 
Given the quantity of complaints about his customer service why bother to do business with him? There are a lot of good dealers on line.
 
Well it was sorta my first time buying knifes so I searched up some knives that I liked and all that showed up was his site.... I'll wait....
 
People just need to stay away from ths guy...

After the countless numbers of threads about him you'd think people would learn to stay away.

There's so many good dealers out there now that there's no reason to take such risks.

To the OP, it may take forever and you'll have very limited communication but the guy usually does come through.
Just keep hounding him.
