Whoa! First time I've ever seen you put serrations on a knife! And a tanto too! Double non-traditional for you! But looking good, like all your work!

I'm curious though, how well do those style serrations work? Is there a particular type of work they excel at, perhaps sawing wood for notching or something similar? The serrations look deep (as opposed to shallower types like Spyderco uses) and like they might snag on certain media like rope or webbing, so I'm curious how they behave and what you find they're suited for.

Thanks!

Thanks! To be honnest I don´t like to use it and I don´t like to make it as well :-D I have no ideal how it works but custommer really "needs" it so I have made it :-D

Can't argue with that!

I'll add that I've been eyeing quite a number of your pieces this past year, and even more so lately. Hoping this new year will be when I can finally add a number of your pieces to the collection!

While I'm not a pink handle type of guy, that's still a pretty cool little piece.

Are the handle scales partially transparent and I'm seeing the outline of the tang through the scales? Looks like it but I can't be sure. That's pretty cool if so!

It really looks like a handy little EDC piece. Nice job!

With that blade shape it makes me think it's like a mini Sergeant or Universal Soldier, just not with that pink handle! 😅 Can you imagine someone pulling that out on the battlefield? 😂

I like your attention to detail on the sheaths too. Things like good symmetry, nice clean edges, nice looking hardware, and especially using the proper length rivets for the eyelets so you get the ends fully rolled over for good strength. Aspects like that provide a nicer appearance and separate it as a high quality piece. I'm always disappointed to see a sheath where they use shorter rivets and the ends aren't fully rolled over as it makes it look cheap and of poor quality!

Great work as always and happy new year to you!

Handle is glued from 2mm thick sheats and they has a thin transparent layer on it so you see it well 😉
Yes, it is a realy small version of Universal Soldier...well seeing that in the field could kill someone laughing 😁😁
