@waverave identified it as a gimp shield

It is a very nice looking shield. I also think the 33 is a very underrated pattern. I have one from the 2020 cancelled rendezvous that I really enjoy,

The Forum Knife 2011, the first GEC 85 had a Gimp shield too, sometimes referred to as Propeller

i thought 'Gimps' is just an umbrella term, and like the GEC Propeller (and many others) is a variation of a Gimp shield, i was hoping to get the special name of this #33 Conductor shield.

I always called that shield a "banner" shield, and even though it differs slightly from the chart shown by JoKr, I believe that GEC would call it a banner as well.
