Q about a dealer

Hi!
Located in Sweden - ordered many knives from the US (cause I love US knives) never had a problem with a dealer. Ordered from knifesupply two weeks ago - haven't heard anything from them and can't reach them. I see that others have had similar problems. My question is do they deliver eventually or do they sometimes fail to deliver at all? What's your experience?

Just thinking - if knifesupply dot com are slow, but deliver - I can live with that. But if they don't I guess that needs to be reported... so really no one here who has any experience ordering from them? I've emailed many times - called them a few times - left messages they are not responding at all.

Amazing they're still around ... well I guess I'll wait a while - then see if I can get my money back... Thanks again!!
 
I ordered from them once and didn't have any problems besides them being slow to ship, but that was years ago, and I might have just gotten lucky.

Just reading the posts in this thread, and the other thread, plus visiting their site, I surely wouldn't do business, with them! If it were me, I'd seriously consider cancelling, and getting the money back!

Yep. Assuming you paid with a credit card I would stop that payment if your item does not show up in the next two weeks.
