Q for BG-42

How well do bg-42 stand up againts corrosion resistant?
Recondo has a coating but not the feild does it make a difference whent it comes to corrosion resistant?

I think the corrosion resistance of BG-42 is a tad higher than ATS-34 / 154CM, and below that of 440C.

The coating of the Recondo is Titanium Nitride, which may help a little, but I don't think it helps significantly.

IIRC BG-42 is very good at corrosion resistance.
The TiNi helps, but not a huge difference.
I had my Field knife coated with the new Tungsten DLC, more for appearance than necessity...
