Q variation question!

I know there are many blade variations on the C35 "Q" but i only recently found out that there are variations in the handles as well!
I Know there are different colors , but there seems to be a flat & contoured( unsure of proper designation) version as well.
Any info on this appreciated.
How about a time line for the variations.
Which came first ?

The contoured version was the first, the flat came later. Somewhere along the timeline a crosspin was added to retain the combination lockbar/lockspring. I am fairly certain that occurred at the same time as the change in shape, but am not 100% sure. All I can say with certainty is that all the "second generation" Qs in my collection have the pin, and none of the "first generation" ones do.
 
I have also noted that on some of the first contured handles the word spyderco is not in the triangle section in the center of the handle. I have at least 2 of these.
sal, do you know if any of the contured ones were colored?
