Quail Peeler with damascus and camel bone

This knife has been hollow ground to the top, thin and with distal taper, machine finished to 400 and etched. Damascus is 1095 & nickel. Handles are highly polished, dyed camel bone (a little tanner than the pics). Heat treated in my shop to a Rc 60-61. Pictures do not do this knife justice. Built tough for field & stream or classy addition to the kitchen.

The knife does have my logo etched on the makers side. I etch the logo on the damascus prior to etching the damascus so as to not take away from the pattern.
